 Before you explore Trina's coaching services, please take a moment to read and understand the terms outlined in this disclaimer. 

By using my services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Nature of Coaching:

1. Not Professional Advice: Coaching provided by Trina is not a substitute for professional advice. It is designed to assist and guide you in achieving your personal and/or professional goals. For legal, financial, medical, or other professional matters, seek advice from qualified professionals.
2. Confidentiality: While I prioritize confidentiality, there are legal and ethical exceptions. Information may be disclosed if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.

Client Responsibilities:

1. Commitment: Success in coaching is contingent upon your active participation, commitment, and openness to the coaching process.
2. Informed Decision: By engaging in coaching, you affirm that you have made an informed decision and understand that the results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes may vary.

Limitations:

1. No Guarantees: Trina does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your progress depends on various factors, including your dedication and effort.
2. Referrals: Trina reserves the right to refer clients to other professionals or resources when deemed necessary for their well-being.

Payment and Cancellation:

1. Fees: The fees for coaching services will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of coaching. Payment is required at time  of booking in full payment, unless otherwise discussed.
2. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. If Trina or her client need to reschedule due to illness or other, the session will be moved to the next available date, as many times as needed within one calendar year.

Intellectual Property:

1. Materials: All materials provided during coaching sessions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Liability:

1. Assumption of Risk: By engaging in coaching with Trina you acknowledge that coaching involves a level of risk and take full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

Amendments:

1. Changes to Terms: Trina Posata reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of her services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
