Due to Trina's strong sensitivity to spirit, "support" people are not allowed in services or sessions unless specifically booked for a two-person/group or family reading. This is to ensure the integrity of your reading isn't compromised by external energies. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session, as detailed on the Services page. If rescheduling is necessary due to health or other reasons, your appointment will be accommodated within the next available date, as many times as needed within a one-year calendar. 

Trina maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards testing her abilities, rudeness, or threats. She approaches every session with respect, love, and gentleness, and expects mutual respect in return. Due to the time and energy invested in each session, Trina has a no-refund policy once the session has commenced.
